KS3 Personal Care Lessons

KS3 pupils have been focusing on increasing levels of physical activity and making small changes to their diets.

We have looked at changing certain snacks and drinks for healthier options and went to the shops to buy some healthy alternatives in order to lower sugar intake.

We have also been discussing how we can introduce some exercise at home. We have explored how we can be more active and even introduce some movement to periods of prolonged sitting when the pupils play computer games and watch TV.
