Special Educational Needs
The SEN Co-ordinator at Westcroft is the Headteacher.
The role of the SEN Co-ordinator is to:
- Co-ordinate provision for pupils
- Monitor pupil progress and adjust provision accordingly
- Allocate teaching assistants to best support needs
- Ensure that there is liaison with parents, other schools and professionals
- Ensure that there is a team of professionals within the school to best support the needs of all pupils
