Achievement and Celebrating Success
Achievements are continually celebrated in class and during Phase and whole school assemblies. Pupils are encouraged to be proud of all of their achievements. Not all achievements are academic and progress in all aspects of school life is celebrated.
In class rewards for positive behaviour and good work feed into Phase rewards and lead to opportunities like reward trips.
