We will:

Build resilience, self-esteem and confidence to ensure pupils feel safe and enjoy learning.

Ensure our curriculum will provide individuals with both academic and personal challenges, through relevant programmes of study which include breadth, balance, progression, and continuity.

Support pupils with the next stage of their lives and provide opportunities, responsibilities and experiences to support transitions.

Prepare pupils for adulthood ensuring equality of opportunity regardless of gender, race, culture, religion, social disadvantage or disability.

Promote the spiritual, moral, cultural, mental and physical development of pupils within Westcroft and the wider community.
